01- Balanced Diet
People don’t pay much heed to this, but the point is self-explanatory. A healthy balanced diet includes all the diverse ranges of vitamins, Omega 3, Calcium, Proteins, Fibers, Cholesterol (HDL and LDL in right proportions), minerals, etc. The appropriate amounts of all these constitute a balanced diet. Sunlight is a major source of Vitamin D. It’s essential that if we are consuming dairy products that are rich in calcium, vitamin D must be taken in as well, because Vitamin D helps calcium to get dissolved in the blood. Taking right proportions of meal can surely pay you off.
02- Physical Exertion
In order to yield a healthy body and a peaceful mental state, physical exertion of any sort is a primary need.
